Kualifikasi :
1. Candidate should possess minimum Bachelor Degree (S1), majoring Business, Economics/Banking, or equivalent.
2. Experienced at least 15 (fifteen) years in Banking industry, including 5 (five) years as a Branch Manager.
3. Having experience in handling team/subordinate(s).
4. Proficient in Ms. Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
5. Able to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
6. Strong integrity and punctuality person
7. Willing to work together in team.
General Responsibilities :
1. Determine short-term and long-term target/goals, and carry out presentation of the work plan to the management.
2. Execute the business strategy to reach the maximum achievement of the sales target.
3. Continuously monitor and evaluate the subordinates/team's achievement of targets.
4. Seek opportunities and establish relationships with potential clients.
5. Responsible for the operational service in the Bank's coverage area.
6. Responsible for the implementation of the Policy & Procedure Standards related with the Branch activities.
7. Placement for Jabodetabek and Medan
